This will be customized for YOU. You'll have complete access to me for all your nutrition and workout plans. I will teach you how to track macros, and show you that you can still eat out and achieve your goals. I will also do an actual meal plan if you feel you would do better having me tell you exactly what to eat. We will do weekly check-ins to access where we are and see if anything needs to be adjusted.
We can achieve SO much in 6 months, you just have to fully commit to yourself!
For my clients that want to go longer than one month and get a discount! If you're ready to commit to yourself for at least 6 months, then this program is for you!
What to expect:
We will go over your goals, get an idea of what foods you like/dislike so that were able to give you a sustainable meal plan. Weekly check ins with adjustment as needed. Please note- if you're plan is working, we will not make weekly adjustments. The ultimate goal is for you to have macros that are working!
Workouts will be detailed and customized based on your goals along with a cardio regimen.
Things we will expect from you:
Pick a day in the beginning for your check ins and check in on that day every week. If you do not check in, I will assume that you're good for the week.
Check ins need to be emailed to jonesfitness727@outlook.com with front and back pics, updated weight, and overall paragraph of how you're feeling. You can even grade yourself with how you did for the week with an A for perfect and F for failure.
